I am not a KLpac virgin & ulasan selari AJL

After yesterday's bout of flu and fever, helped with antibiotics and other meds, today I woke up feeling much better. After cooking lunch of meat dalca, salted fish and sambal belacan, which we ate with Mummy and Daddy who happened to drop by the house, me and Aisyah went to check out KL Pac 2nd Open Day, nun jauh di Sentul West. It's good to get out in the sun after being cooped up in the house all day yesterday, walaupun giler panas...it was something I really appreciated.
KL Pac was fun. No need to explain...the pics said it all hopefully...And Aisyah managed to bump into her favorite actor...one of her favorite actors..., which I guess made her day, which in turn made my day.



From top to bottom - 1. The subject matter is KL Pac not moi, 2)the crowd 3) the Oral Stage performer 4) the ballet dancers yang beautiful 5) photo sessions siap costume yer 6) Ming Jin, my friend 7) those crazy, zany actors, 8) costumes used for plays on display 9) the fans ( not the one my boss wants though)
Am watching AJL now sambil cuba membelog...,will give ulasan selari sambil menonton...
the opening is impressive wth the people stomping on stage...Abis lah penonton-penonton mass market di Jitra, Kg Ceruk Tok Kun, Kulim atau mungkin di Tumpat terkezut tengok...wah!! orang-orang menghentak kaki di atas pentas pun boleh jadi entertainment. Mesti mereka seronok...Terima kasih TV3 kerana terus menginspirasikan rakyat.

Haha...who the hell is this guy??Aiman?? Wah! Wardrobenya boleh mengalah pemeran antagonis di dalam Power Rangers yang selalu Zaim tengok tuh...

Dan Faizal Tahir membuat tribute untuk Fiq yang pada AJL tahun lepas, menyanyikan lagu dia sebab dia kena ban, by dressing and looking like Fiq...yeah but good performance..and the make-up is better than the one on the montage.

Stage cantik, lampu gempak, berapa agaknya cost lcd screen itu??? Uih!!! Estranged!!! Tolonglah bagi diaorang menang! Tolonglah..I have this thing for short guys!

Budak Ayu nih has a lot going for her...if only people stop talking about her looks and focus on her talents...

Burp! Alhamdulillah... dah berbuka semua? We berbuka at home today. Actually since puasa started 9 days ago, memang kami berbuka at home. We prefer it that way. Tak kelam kabut nak solat maghrib di luar although Alhamdulillah sekarang ni banyak tempat berbuka dah provide tempat bersolat. Today our menu was : our usual brown rice, ikan goreng selar kuning (yellow thread fish), kangkung goreng belacan ( water spinach fried with prawn paste chilli), acar buah (bought from my cousin) , my husband’s telur dadar (omellete) and for sweets, I made jemput jemput . I was in Tokyo last month. Alone... well there were millions of people in Japan but yeah I was travelling alone. Up till the night I boarded the plane, I was still asking myself “Oi! Apasal nak pergi sorang arr? Japan pulak tu... London kan senang? Gang ramai, semua cakap English” Ok panic kejap tapi tak boleh keluar kapal terbang dah.. So, yup, there I was on that MH night flight with an itinerary for 8 days in Japan. No turning back, perempuan! April was my birthday month and what I wanted was to spend it quietly alone. Anyway, last year I had enough birthday celebrations to last me till this year. Alhamdulillah for good friends and family! Sampai Narita at almost 7am. First time in Tokyo and how do I buy a train card? With a lot of asking (ayam and itik bercakap) and hand gestures. Salam Ramadan

Assalamualaikum and Salam Ramadan! Wow! Hello! Am back! Been a while. 6th day of Ramadan and I’ve been quite good (I think) managing my food intake. Saya sudah tua la; have to start being more serious about what I put in this old engine. So, I was in a 10 days detox program just before Ramadan and managed to bring the weight down by 2.7kg; not much but good for me as it has sort of kick off a better eating habit. People who knows me are well aware that I love food. I used to run a lot so the weight was somehow kept in check. Now that I have significantly decrease my running mileage, the weight has become quite stagnant if not, moved up a bit! Eek! So for those interested, this is my go-to recipe for sahur, which is super easy and super healthy. It’s the Chia Seed Pudding. Lots of recipes online but here’s mine: I use a mason jar this.
