Jakarta, here we come!

Plaza Premium Lounge-that's where I'm writing from. This is KLM Lounge for business class passengers. Will be boarding the flight at approximately 4.40pm to Jakarta. Leaving work and everytjhing behind and most importamntly WORK!!!! Yay! This is a 4 days 3 nights holiday that me, hubby and frens from his office are taking. We will be going aroung Jakarta and Bandung. This is not my first time in Jakarta but will be a completely different experience from my last trip to Jakarta last year. That one was a working trip with production of a TV program but all the same that trip was particularly enjoyable with Lin and Shikin coming along.

The irony of this trip is that, Lin will also be flying to Jakarta tomorrow and Shikin will flying in on Monday. So basically we will all be in Jakarta at about the same time albeit separately. Now, is that a coincident or what?

Just got an SMS this morning that a client has decided not to sponsor one of our new programs due to some internal problems in their organisation. Oh my! Someone's gonna flip!!! Well...work's gotta take a backseat now..For now..Jakarta here we come. Thanks to JFD for this trip!!! Akak tak yah bayar, nyah!!!! Will blog from Indonesia whenever possible...

Posting from Dreamland

We reached Bali yesterday afternoon at 3pm and was brought to Dreamland Villa that we have earlier booked at the Matta Fair. Mazlan was so nice to come down from his office to meet us briefly at LCCT. I miss his candid jokes and funny sarcasm.. We are now waiting for the shuttle to take us to Dreamland's private beach. After this morning's breakfast of "tak mahu babinya", we need to walk the food off on the beach. Dreamland has been a dream...We chose a private villa with a private pool that we managed to swim in as soon as we arrived yesterday. The beauty about private villas, is that you don't need to bother when you realised you have forgotten your swimming gear. Hey...be my guest and jump with your jeans on or in your birth suit!! We managed to check out Kuta Discovery Plaza yesterday night looking for a currency exchange. Lots of good stuff to see and will definitely revisit before we head home. Yesterday, I received an sms from one of my best friends, Umi, in JB. Umi : Aku nak tanya sikit boleh? Sebenarnya Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous tak? Me: Gorgeous ek...? Well, let me put it this way...kalau dia bukan artiste...kau tak tengok 2 kali lah..hehehe.. Umi : Ye ke? But my freind went to AJL and she said Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous giler!!
