Gosh...it's almost year end and I have not even achieved my 2007 resolutions!!!

Goodness gracious me...Tomorrow's Christmas already which leaves me a week till the new year. 2008...I like that number...not that any numbers have significant meaning to my life.. but hey!! Can't live without numbers anyway..

Since my last entry last November..so much has happened. Hubby celebrated his 39th birthday on 27th November. We went up to Cameron Highlands and spent the night at this place called, The Lakehouse. I thought I told myself I was never going up Cameron again the last time we went there. I just don't like the trip up...macamlah aku yang drive.... I was reminded again of how I loathed the journey...But the difference it made when you are anywhere with your loved one...not that bad after all...





We finally moved to our new office in Bandar Utama, with heavy hearts and minds...but we have to stay positive. The new office is nice and swanky though. After all the hoohaa with fengshui or the lack of it..we finally settled down in this new place...



My mak and sisters came up to Shah Alam just before Hari Raya Haji break and spent a few days at our place. They went back to JB 2 days before raya. I cooked laksa johor for raya and the house was full the whole day until almost 10pm. We celebrated Khairin's 8th birthday which coincides with Raya. Took her to McDonalds the next night... My daughter is so sweet...so easy to please...

Yesterday, me and a bunch of old collegues had pre Christmas lunch at Becky's place. Nor came and picked me up in Kota Damansara. Belum apa-apa, Nor confessed her undying love for Dewa 19's, Ahmad Dhani... We were at Becky's place catching up and having a good laugh till almost 5.30pm. Muna came late at almost 5pm so we waited for her. It is so, so good to see old friends again and to reminisce about old times and bitch about life...And the amount of food we consume......I could kick myself...


Friends, food, gossip...what a lovely combination!

Posting from Dreamland

We reached Bali yesterday afternoon at 3pm and was brought to Dreamland Villa that we have earlier booked at the Matta Fair. Mazlan was so nice to come down from his office to meet us briefly at LCCT. I miss his candid jokes and funny sarcasm.. We are now waiting for the shuttle to take us to Dreamland's private beach. After this morning's breakfast of "tak mahu babinya", we need to walk the food off on the beach. Dreamland has been a dream...We chose a private villa with a private pool that we managed to swim in as soon as we arrived yesterday. The beauty about private villas, is that you don't need to bother when you realised you have forgotten your swimming gear. Hey...be my guest and jump with your jeans on or in your birth suit!! We managed to check out Kuta Discovery Plaza yesterday night looking for a currency exchange. Lots of good stuff to see and will definitely revisit before we head home. Yesterday, I received an sms from one of my best friends, Umi, in JB. Umi : Aku nak tanya sikit boleh? Sebenarnya Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous tak? Me: Gorgeous ek...? Well, let me put it this way...kalau dia bukan artiste...kau tak tengok 2 kali lah..hehehe.. Umi : Ye ke? But my freind went to AJL and she said Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous giler!! Me: Hehehe...biasa jer... Tetiba hari ni, while I was on the way to lunch terserempak pulak dengan FT...hehehe...panjang umur budak tu..
