I love April!!

As crazy as April has been so far I love it...have always love April...sad things have happened in my life in the month of April, but like what I wrote earlier, always something good in store after anything 'not so good' happened to you.. Caya lah cakap mak...there's always a silver lining..
April, with our mall tour on the 12th, my class project on the same day and also the feel good reunion on the 11th and to top it all my birthday on the 12th as well, mak pengsan, salmah....And not forgetting, Imran's birthday on the 5th..My boy's voice is a croak now. At 13, he is growing up pretty fast. We went bowling till wee hours of the morn complete with birthday cake and sing song. The kids had a blast on abang's birthday.
Our class final year project took place on my birthday. After months of preparation, the event finally took place. And the famous Angkasawan was there...The way he arrived, would scare off any terrorist, or whatever threat his bodyguards think he faces....Macam nak tergolek bodyguards keluar dari kereta..Btw, I got my pic taken with the angkasawan....punya adik...heheheh and also the angkasawan's cut-out figure...Tak kowser akak nak terkejar-kejar amek gambar dengan doctor lemah lembut tu...but have to admit he's quite a looker.. check out the pics at http://picasaweb.google.com/radhiff and http://picasaweb.google.com/asrikhalbi

Our Feel Good Gang gathering took place in Hush in Bangsar... Gamatz yang amatz jumpa the good ole gang from the good ole days of the ole feel good world!!! Lots of merry making amidst the noisy club. I got home in time for surprise cake cutting and pressies from hubby and kids...

Then came my birthday...oh...that's where all the body ache are coming from...it's the age! And colleagues at work had to remind me of the age with two birthday cakes..thanks guys..

Had birthday lunch the day after, with the brood at the newly opened Sari Ratu Nasi Padang in Kelana Jaya which made me feel as if am in Bandung..bliss... And nice pressies from hubby and friends along with it..

I went back to JB with hubby in tow, for the alumni hi-tea and had fun as well. We did the whole wearing the 'school uniform from the olden days and sang the school song on stage' thing. Also went up the stage with Kak Okie, from class of 83 and Saleha from Class of 77 singing ABBA's Thank You For The Music. All the performance were ABBA themed so walaupun ABBA is was way before my high school days...ewah...tetap jati diri perform on stage nih..Tersengeh-sengeh Makcik Dawn Parry, our principal, tengok kami menyanyi. Flew back to KL taking mak back with us then.

I missed our first mall tour in JB but got a lot of reports from colleagues about the screw-ups and all... sigh..April sure is memorable...

Oh...btw, the hideous looking grille that we have to instal at home is finally done...ughh...
