I got my precious memories back!!
This week at work we are doing the performance management system or appraisals. Long overdue, actually. We were supposed to complete them last week. Thank goodness, I had the chance to finally appraise my 2 colleagues today. They are young executives who are hunger for work knowledge and so far, are very passionate about our work. I hope the passion will last and I hope I could motivate them to be the best that they can be. Haha, me being hopeful again…
I know of some people who think that what they know is enough. They don’t think that they have to learn more, read more and evolve with time. In this competitive industry, where change is inevitable, we have no choice but to constantly update ourselves with the latest industry know-how. You’ll be stuck in the rut, doing the same thing over and over again without much result, if you continue to be ignorant and feel that what you know is good enough.

ays good to have hope and a little bit of faith. I was not in denial after all. Our friend, Hasnul came over to the house the night before yesterday and succeeded in tracking back all the 4000++ photos that went missing in my external hard drive. Alhamdulillah…all the while I was telling myself quite confidently that I WILL get back all the pictures. The power of positive thinking, a techie as a friend and Allah Almighty! Ada jugak rezeki dapat semula gambar-gambar which are all very, very precious memories to us. Terima kasih Hasnul..I owe you one!!!
