Best in JB, Singapore and some say Melaka...

Sebok sangat nak cuti...cuti sungguh minggu lepas...blog pun cuti...
Untuk pengetahuan sumer, akak telah finally dapat balik JB jumpa dengan Mak yang hampir lupa whether dia ada anak pompuan dan cucu-cucu yang agak ramai kat KL..KL ke...Selangor more it..

Jadi sebelum orang tua tu lupa dan tukar hak nama rumah pada nama orang lain, baik akak balik tu remind her..."Mak, mak, I'm still alive!!!"Hehehe...

Untuk mengsummarykan percutian yang agak panjang di JB, dibawah ini disenaraikan aktviti-aktiviti bebas yang sempat diaktifkan semasa kami hanaks-beranaks kat down south!!


1. Sempat makan lontong kering yang giler ah...World!!

2. Goreng pisang,keledek yang dicicah dengan cili kicap yang kalau makan memang nanges punyer..


3. Ice kacang JB yang sempat dimakan semasa bungkus murtabak 13 keping untuk dibawa balik ke KL


4. Mak siapkan Laksa Johor untuk anak dia, orang Johor yang aksyen kalau kat KL tah hingin nak makan Laksa Johor yang jual kat KL tu...apa kelasssss....tak sedap...

5. Akak sempat cross over to Singapore with hubby and kids to visit all the animals in the Singapore Zoo....best, best, best....


6. In Singapore, we also went to Arab Street to eat Beryani and Murtabak Singapore yang vassszzzzz!!!


7. I also managed to meet up with old school mates for late night teh tarik session...thanks Umi, Jo and Andrea..we must meet up again!!

We came back home on Thursday... to a house that is a mess, because while we were gone, the contractor worked on hacking our parquet floors upstairs to be changed to the tiles that we have bought before our JB trip!!! Wah!! Sangat pening wor...tengok itu serak2!! Lucky my ever reliable maid was around to help where possible.


On Saturday pulak we went to Melaka for a family trip with my in-laws...it was a welcome escape from the house yang masih macam tongkang pecah..We stayed in Mahkota Hotel in town, had a family bowling tournament which was super fun, had ikan bakar in Kuala Sungai Duyong for dinner...and celebrated Zaim's belated birthday and also Mother's Day gifts giving + bowling tournament prizes presentations... Checked out yesterday and was home to a completely completed floor job yang telah siap dikemas by my maid and the workers..Best!!




The kids gave me their Mother's Day card and later at night me and hubby went for Thai traditional massage, something that I really need after the whole week of travelling here and there!! And hubby was coming down with fever yesterday and today even Khairin and Zaim is sick!! Must say the heat has been unbearable..Sigh!! Hope everyone will feel better soon...

Posting from Dreamland

We reached Bali yesterday afternoon at 3pm and was brought to Dreamland Villa that we have earlier booked at the Matta Fair. Mazlan was so nice to come down from his office to meet us briefly at LCCT. I miss his candid jokes and funny sarcasm.. We are now waiting for the shuttle to take us to Dreamland's private beach. After this morning's breakfast of "tak mahu babinya", we need to walk the food off on the beach. Dreamland has been a dream...We chose a private villa with a private pool that we managed to swim in as soon as we arrived yesterday. The beauty about private villas, is that you don't need to bother when you realised you have forgotten your swimming gear. Hey...be my guest and jump with your jeans on or in your birth suit!! We managed to check out Kuta Discovery Plaza yesterday night looking for a currency exchange. Lots of good stuff to see and will definitely revisit before we head home. Yesterday, I received an sms from one of my best friends, Umi, in JB. Umi : Aku nak tanya sikit boleh? Sebenarnya Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous tak? Me: Gorgeous ek...? Well, let me put it this way...kalau dia bukan artiste...kau tak tengok 2 kali lah..hehehe.. Umi : Ye ke? But my freind went to AJL and she said Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous giler!! Me: Hehehe...biasa jer... Tetiba hari ni, while I was on the way to lunch terserempak pulak dengan FT...hehehe...panjang umur budak tu..
