Friends & families galore...

Here I am.. the weekend has just passed. 12.15am now...and I'm watching and hoping that Zaim falls asleep soon...Khairin is already in dreamland..I wonder how she manages to fall asleep effortlessly every night..Anak-anak, I guess, tak ada apa nak dirisaukan that can cause them sleepless nights...Oh! how I wish we adults can enjoy carefree days with not much to worry about...
I managed to meet up with Fenti together with Nuar and Fizah on Friday nite. Asked hubby earlier whether it's ok for me to go out and meet them.He said he won't be coming home for break fast and may even extend his outings to drinks with friends after picking up his partner at KLIA and was alright with me going out. So I ordered pizza at the office for the kids break fast meal. reached home just after iftar sebab dok tunggu Domino's delivery at the office. Kesian, Imran said dia dah kenyang minum teh..kikikiki...nevertheless the pizzas dissapeared in a jiffy.
Went out after 9pm, picked Fizah and Fenti up. Jumpa Fentz's babies...dah lamanyer tak jumpa. The last time I saw her was during her confinement, more than 9 months ago and now baby Ray is so chubby..Sophia and Rafael is adorable as ever. Sempat jumpa Fentz's mum in law..yang cakap..."lamanyer tak jumpa.....!!!" So, I think our teh tarik outing is really due and we realised that we really missed each other. Have made a number of attempts to see her before this, tapi tak pernah sempat, what with our busy schedule.
Deciding where to go, we finally settled for Teh Tarik Cafe at The Curve. Highly recommended for very good teh tarik and also nasi lemak..Bestnyer borak, gossips, updates on each others life..ye lah 3 orang punya stories nak habiskan dalam the measly hours that we had. Tambah pulak when Anuar came and join us... lagi banyak stories. I really, really cherish the time that we spent that night and am glad that I took the time to see these friends of mine.
Somehow these outings selalu take place masa bulan puasa. Last year pun I remember, we had teh tarik at Rasta. Agaknya with Raya coming, the semangat of getting together tu berkobar-kobar kot?? Ke pasal siang-siang tak boleh minum teh tarik??? Ehmmm...what ever it is, thanks to hubby for being such a good sport and letting me have my time out with these wonderful friends of mine, something that I really need. Cheers!!

Posting from Dreamland

We reached Bali yesterday afternoon at 3pm and was brought to Dreamland Villa that we have earlier booked at the Matta Fair. Mazlan was so nice to come down from his office to meet us briefly at LCCT. I miss his candid jokes and funny sarcasm.. We are now waiting for the shuttle to take us to Dreamland's private beach. After this morning's breakfast of "tak mahu babinya", we need to walk the food off on the beach. Dreamland has been a dream...We chose a private villa with a private pool that we managed to swim in as soon as we arrived yesterday. The beauty about private villas, is that you don't need to bother when you realised you have forgotten your swimming gear. Hey...be my guest and jump with your jeans on or in your birth suit!! We managed to check out Kuta Discovery Plaza yesterday night looking for a currency exchange. Lots of good stuff to see and will definitely revisit before we head home. Yesterday, I received an sms from one of my best friends, Umi, in JB. Umi : Aku nak tanya sikit boleh? Sebenarnya Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous tak? Me: Gorgeous ek...? Well, let me put it this way...kalau dia bukan artiste...kau tak tengok 2 kali lah..hehehe.. Umi : Ye ke? But my freind went to AJL and she said Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous giler!! Me: Hehehe...biasa jer... Tetiba hari ni, while I was on the way to lunch terserempak pulak dengan FT...hehehe...panjang umur budak tu..
