Looonnnnnggggg ...CNY break..part 2








Hubby and I went for dinner at Naili's place in Damansara Uptown yesterday nite for some quiet time without the kids....penat tau...dah 4 hari bergelumang dengan budak-budak....So after today's hassle of:

1. sending Aisyah and Mira for her Sweeney Todd and picking them up after..,
2. hubby and Imran's trip to the barber, and
3. visit to Fizah's 'currently being renovated house' with their cool open air rooftop - big enuff for futsal session..
..we went to have dinner. Ordered Sup Ekor (kalau kat Indo namanyer Sup Buntut, ya)and Mexican Burritos (nothing to do with Buntut...matilah tema makanan buntut) at Naili's. It's my first visit and first impression, memang cantik tempat tu,ambience pun interesting...Tapi...nih nak buat food review sikit...Sup Bun...ooppps Ekor itiewwww, walaupun ekornya banyak dan lembut tapi very the overdosi with the rempah...sampaikan bila akak minum teh tarik terasa macam Milo ya...sebab taste bud akak telah terpeleot dengan rasa rempah yang overdose itieeewww..dan buritz mexico itiew rasanya ala-ala jer...sedap lagi akak buat..ok..
Jadi conclusionnya...tempat makan yang cantik itieww....tak semestinya makanan sedap ok.....nyesal akak tak gi makan satay kajang Hj. Samuri kat Uptown tu..

Posting from Dreamland

We reached Bali yesterday afternoon at 3pm and was brought to Dreamland Villa that we have earlier booked at the Matta Fair. Mazlan was so nice to come down from his office to meet us briefly at LCCT. I miss his candid jokes and funny sarcasm.. We are now waiting for the shuttle to take us to Dreamland's private beach. After this morning's breakfast of "tak mahu babinya", we need to walk the food off on the beach. Dreamland has been a dream...We chose a private villa with a private pool that we managed to swim in as soon as we arrived yesterday. The beauty about private villas, is that you don't need to bother when you realised you have forgotten your swimming gear. Hey...be my guest and jump with your jeans on or in your birth suit!! We managed to check out Kuta Discovery Plaza yesterday night looking for a currency exchange. Lots of good stuff to see and will definitely revisit before we head home. Yesterday, I received an sms from one of my best friends, Umi, in JB. Umi : Aku nak tanya sikit boleh? Sebenarnya Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous tak? Me: Gorgeous ek...? Well, let me put it this way...kalau dia bukan artiste...kau tak tengok 2 kali lah..hehehe.. Umi : Ye ke? But my freind went to AJL and she said Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous giler!!
