I came back from Penang and was busy organising another get together to say farewell to our outgoing this week. Busy, busy, busy.. A lot of running around and coordinating on that but at the same time still have to attend to other things..like meetings, press conference and functions...Mak penat nyah!!! Tapi penat, penat pun rasa berbaloi tengok kengkawan sumer seronok...The theme was "Alice in Wonderland" and we really made it a wonderland!! In fact, I just had to tell them.."ok , here's the plan and these are what I need you guys to help with/ to do" and they whole heartedly jump into it...all the preparation for the singing, dance and the whole event...I HEART MY COLLEAGUES!!! These pictures show how much fun we had...giler gempak...And I heart the bosses for being are real sports and I would really miss them...!!
Poco2 fever...

I must mention that Chef Wan won "The Best TV Celebrity Chef in the world" in the recent beating 250 other greats at the World Gourmand Cookbook Media Awards 2009 held in Paris, beating other 250 great chefs which include Jamie Oliver and Daniel Green. Meletupsss orang tua ni tau...and he still mange to stay humble and tries hard to do his bit for charity. Yang ini gambar during a launch untuk another charity event with GE Mall, the best chocolate cake event. Can't wait to taste all those delish chocolate cakes, u olsss...pengsanlah mek gemsss..Coming soon in October!
And after almost 6 months of not seeing each other, we went to Xan's house for dinner cum Lyn's birthday do. Always a joy to see Xan and her mum, Susan..and bercerita ler kita semua (all ladies) until amost 11pm. And Susan's cheese cake is to die for yum, yum...

Posting from Dreamland

We reached Bali yesterday afternoon at 3pm and was brought to Dreamland Villa that we have earlier booked at the Matta Fair. Mazlan was so nice to come down from his office to meet us briefly at LCCT. I miss his candid jokes and funny sarcasm.. We are now waiting for the shuttle to take us to Dreamland's private beach. After this morning's breakfast of "tak mahu babinya", we need to walk the food off on the beach. Dreamland has been a dream...We chose a private villa with a private pool that we managed to swim in as soon as we arrived yesterday. The beauty about private villas, is that you don't need to bother when you realised you have forgotten your swimming gear. Hey...be my guest and jump with your jeans on or in your birth suit!! We managed to check out Kuta Discovery Plaza yesterday night looking for a currency exchange. Lots of good stuff to see and will definitely revisit before we head home. Yesterday, I received an sms from one of my best friends, Umi, in JB. Umi : Aku nak tanya sikit boleh? Sebenarnya Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous tak? Me: Gorgeous ek...? Well, let me put it this way...kalau dia bukan artiste...kau tak tengok 2 kali lah..hehehe.. Umi : Ye ke? But my freind went to AJL and she said Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous giler!! Me: Hehehe...biasa jer... Tetiba hari ni, while I was on the way to lunch terserempak pulak dengan FT...hehehe...panjang umur budak tu..
