CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!???




This morning on the way to work, I called the gym to enquire whether I can swap the remaining PT sessions that I have into Pilates session. Budak tu kata nak call balik...haramz tak der... Lepas tu petang sikit I tried calling CIMB Aviva Takaful Assurance to enquire about my long overdue front wind shield yang dah retak...I got through the answering machine yang kena tekan the choices of services that we want and by the time someone picked up the phone, they cannot help because it's not their area and when they transfered me to another line...Haramz tak der orang angkat telefon. Last lah aku amek CIMB Aviva Takaful nih..Is there such thing called customer service, HARAMZ!!! Bengkek jer...Dah lah hari ni busy memanjang...campur pulak dengan masalah problem yang lain...Best giler hari ni!!!

Here's a simple subconscious fact about redefining business terms in Malaysia.... while most of other parts in the world see Customer is King during business, Malaysia subconsciously accept it as Customer is 'Slave in dire need for our favor'.

SUBCONSCIOUS is the word.. since we are drill to achieve the status 'TUAN TANAH' while lacking the drill of 'Thinking Capacity'..

I am now subconciously trying to imagine the customer service personnel being knocked behind the head by yours truly...
