Yup!! It's over! Finally! As usual I am part of the committee, representing ntv7. The screenings is a result of months of planning, sitting down in meeting yang mengantukkan, ding donging with the production house on our show reels, coaxing, negotiating with brand custodians on why their showreels should be done this way and not that way...and many, many more heartache...BUT when screening day finally arrived, my adrenaline was on rush..anxiety strikes....hoping for only the best for the show and that everyone involved are happy with the results and the audience who came goes home remembering the day for at least a few days..


I was the prompter girl woman...together with Ali from IT who handled the prompter machine. So what I basically do, was to ensure that the bosses' script are rolled in time for them to present them. It has to be precised....not too slow and not too fast.I took my duty with much pride and all the team members, as well. After the show ended, I felt not just relieved because of a job well done but also proud to be a part of the great team. Kudos to all!! Check out www.screenings.com.my!!

We had Pat Ibrahim (choreographer for PGL the musical) together with Stephen Rahman in the dance ensemble during the show. Stephen Rahman itu makhluk tuhan yang cantik...u olss....percaya lah cakap akak..and he's got the groove to match.. Afdlin, Hans Isaac, Awie and AC came with the CUCI the musical troupe to perform a number from the musical. Awesomeness!! Managed to say hello to Chief Kodok backstage for pix..

And the grand finale was indeed grand with Sheila Majid and Zainal Abidin!!! Totally out of this world...Two of my favs, on stage!! To think that 20 years ago, I was at Sheila's concert in Dewan Jubli Intan JB on both concert nights!! And she still has the same voice...only better! And Zainal was fantastic as well...He also sang at the post party after the event!! Best!!! Tired from all the work...but nothing beats the satisfaction of a job well done!!

Posting from Dreamland

We reached Bali yesterday afternoon at 3pm and was brought to Dreamland Villa that we have earlier booked at the Matta Fair. Mazlan was so nice to come down from his office to meet us briefly at LCCT. I miss his candid jokes and funny sarcasm.. We are now waiting for the shuttle to take us to Dreamland's private beach. After this morning's breakfast of "tak mahu babinya", we need to walk the food off on the beach. Dreamland has been a dream...We chose a private villa with a private pool that we managed to swim in as soon as we arrived yesterday. The beauty about private villas, is that you don't need to bother when you realised you have forgotten your swimming gear. Hey...be my guest and jump with your jeans on or in your birth suit!! We managed to check out Kuta Discovery Plaza yesterday night looking for a currency exchange. Lots of good stuff to see and will definitely revisit before we head home. Yesterday, I received an sms from one of my best friends, Umi, in JB. Umi : Aku nak tanya sikit boleh? Sebenarnya Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous tak? Me: Gorgeous ek...? Well, let me put it this way...kalau dia bukan artiste...kau tak tengok 2 kali lah..hehehe.. Umi : Ye ke? But my freind went to AJL and she said Faizal Tahir tu gorgeous giler!! Me: Hehehe...biasa jer... Tetiba hari ni, while I was on the way to lunch terserempak pulak dengan FT...hehehe...panjang umur budak tu.. So Umi, kalau kau nak tengok FT gorgeous ker tak...tengok ler gambar nih...
