Week1Day1
I have started running again!!! Woohoo!!! When I climb up the scale in the gym, true to my expectation, I have gained a solid 2 kg during the last 2 months that I've not been to the gym...Giler ar!! Although, I'm not a sucker for the scale, weighing myself today helped jump start the running. I decide to go easy and ran for half hour on the treadmill.. This is how the work out look like:

Followed by 4 mins of cool down...Today I managed to do 3.14km (which is good), and burn 199cal(which I couldn't care less for, cos I will easily eat more than that...huhuhu). I think I will stick to the above for a while until I get more comfortable doing more. Maybe swapping on the ellipticals on some days or the stair climber on other.
Btw, I had to take the day off work today to tke Zaim to SDMC. He has been coughing for last 3 weeks without much improvement. Saw Dr Sofiah, who informed us that the X-ray and blood test came out ok. and that Zaim has this supersensitive respiratory tract, which could be improved if we cut down on sweets and snacks with colourings, crumbs and oil. And to up on the probiotics which will help promote the good bacteria...So much for bribing Zaim with sweets...Alhamdulillah it's not TB as the GP was worried about. We were in SDMC for almost 3 hours to get everything done.
Had time for a facial, so quickly drove to the place and managed to get a quick shut-eye, while the lady slaps on the gooey stuff on my face. Today, has been a good day!!!
